Thin Mint "Wreath" Cookies

Ok, so they aren't exactly wreaths, but they were supposed to be. Mine came out more like ovals, so I gave up on the wreath concept. I found this recipe in my new issue of Taste of Home. These are slice and bake sort of cookies. The cookie part is chocolate and minty, then they are dipped in chocolate and you get to decorate them like wreaths, or not. I made these as part of the packages I took in to coworkers. One lady said they were "refreshing" and everyone asked for a copy of the recipe.
