
Thanks to Pinterest, I found this super quick and easy recipe for
Cookies and Cream Bark. I made some for the holiday goodie bags I will be giving my coworkers. It is always nice to have one recipe that is no-bake. I essentially doubled the recipe and made it in a 9x13 cake pan. Also, before adding the chopped cookie bits to the chocolate, I poured them in a colander to sift out any of the fine crumbs to help prevent the white chocolate from becoming gray chocolate, and it worked quite well, if I don't say so myself!
